On Friday, June 15, 2001, the NMB issued rulings on all objections and challenges to the potential list of eligible voters in this case. Any appeals of these rulings must be filed with the National Mediation Board by the carrier or organizations by 4 p.m., EDT, on Friday, June 22, 2001. Responses to such appeals, if any, must be filed by 4 p.m., EDT, on Friday, June 29, 2001. No extensions will be granted.
