Re: Hawaiian Airlines and ALPA reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Hawaiian Airlines reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on December 18, 2009, with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) representing the craft or class of Pilots.

Mediation was concluded by Senior Mediator Patricia Sims and previously guided by Senior Mediator Denise Hedges.

The Tentative Agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
