Re:  ATI and ALPA reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that American Transport International (ATI) reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on December 3, 2010, with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) representing the craft or class of Pilots.

Mediation was guided by NMB Senior Mediator Patricia Sims.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
