Re: Continental Airlines and IAM Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Continental Airlines and the International Association of Machinists (IAM) representing the craft and class of Flight Attendants reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement today. Mediation was guided by NMB Senior Mediator Patricia Sims.

The NMB will await the results of the IAM’s ratification process before determining if any future steps will be warranted.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
