Re: SEPTA and BMWED Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that a tentative collective bargaining agreement was reached on December 5, 2006, between the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division (BMWED) of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT). Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.
