Re: Mesa Airlines and AFA reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Mesa Airlines reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on November 20, 2009, with the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA) representing the craft or class of Flight Attendants.

Mediation was concluded by Senior Mediator Patricia Sims and previously guided by Senior Mediator Denise Hedges.

The Tentative Agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
