RE: Delaware & Hudson Railroad -Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees, AFL-CIO

The National Mediation Board announced today that a tentative agreement was reached in mediation on a comprehensive collective bargaining agreement between the Delaware & Hudson Railroad and Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees, AFL-CIO. Agreement followed extensive discussions mediated by NMB Mediator Richard Hanusz and three days of intensive mediation under the supervision of Senior Mediator John Bavis. Details of the agreement are being withheld pending BMWE membership ratification.
