RE: Continental Express Airlines - Independent Association of Continental Pilots

The National Mediation Board announced today that a tentative agreement was reached in mediation on a proposed contract between Continental Express and its pilots, represented by the Independent Association of Continental Pilots (IACP). The agreement followed weeks of mediation by NMB Mediator John Schrage and recent intensive mediation under the supervision of NMB Member Ernest W. DuBester. Details of the agreement are being withheld pending ICAP membership ratification.
