Re: The IBT Ratifies Agreement with the Pacific and Arctic Railway and Navigation Company

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), representing Non-operating Employees, ratified its Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Pacific and Arctic Railway and Navigation Company on October 26, 2007.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.
