Re: NMB Web Site Enhanced

Washington, D.C.: As of October 1, 2002, the National Mediation Board enhanced the agency web site by posting agency Determinations using a virtual image of published decisions, complete with the NMB letterhead, signature of the Chief of Staff, and page numbers. Page numbers will be useful to attorneys and other web users for page citation.

This is accomplished by posting Determinations in PDF format instead of HTML. Access to agency Determinations beginning with fiscal year 2003 will therefore require the use of Adobe's Acrobat or Acrobat Reader software. Acrobat Reader is available via the web site for free download for anyone who may need the software.
