Re: Canadian Pacific (Soo Line) Railroad and the ATDD Reach Agreement

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the Canadian Pacific (Soo Line) Railroad and the American Train Dispatchers Department of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (ATDD-BLE) reached a tentative agreement on October 23, 2002, covering the craft or class of Train Dispatchers. The negotiations were conducted with the assistance of Mediator Dick Hanusz.

The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
