Re: PATH and UTU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) and the United Transportation Union (UTU) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on October 19, 2007, covering Tower Operators.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediators Denise Hedges and Marvin Sandrin.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
