Re: Carver Selected as Financial Operations Specialist

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that Cynthia Ann Carver has been selected as the Board's new Financial Operations Specialist. She reported for duty on October 22.

Cynthia has come to the Board from her position as the Senior Accountant at Tonya, Inc. In addition to holding other accounting positions in the private sector, she is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where she served as a Financial Management Specialist.

A native of Hope Mills, North Carolina, Cynthia earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Methodist College in Fayetteville, NC, before joining the Air Force. While in the Air Force, she earned an associate's degree in Financial Management from the Air Force Community College at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota.
