Re:  Pan Am Railways and ATDA reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Pan Am Railway and the American Train Dispatchers Association (ATDA) reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on October 17, 2012, for the craft or class of Railroad Dispatchers.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Anthony ‘Mike’ Tosi.
