October 15, 2012 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE NATIONAL MEDIATION BOARD (NMB) Re: Pinnacle Airlines and AFA reach Tentative Agreement Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Pinnacle Airlines and the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement for the craft or class of Flight Attendants on October 12, 2012. The parties reached agreement using NMB facilitation services guided by NMB Director of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Larry Gibbons. The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties. The NMB Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (ADR) offers a broad range of services, including facilitation, teamwork and agreement training; grievance mediation; facilitated problem solving; online research; and online dispute resolution (ODR). ADR services are provided at no cost to the parties by NMB Mediators and ADR staff. You may want to peruse the NMB website, the NMB Lyceum Training Center, and the NMB Knowledge Store of documents.
