Re: The NCCC and TCU Agree to Arbitrate Remaining Issues

Washington, D.C. - The National Carriers Conference Committee (NCCC) and the Transportation Communications International Union (TCU) have agreed to submit remaining issues in this round of national negotiations to binding arbitration. The open issues include wages and health insurance, covering both the Carmen and the Clerks. Arbitration will complete this round of negotiations for both parties. The parties were assisted by Board Chairman Frank Duggan and Senior Mediator Les Parmelee.

Specific information regarding the agreement should be obtained directly from the parties.
