Re:  Continental Airlines and IBT reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to note that Continental Airlines and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), representing the craft or class of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and Related, announced on September 10, 2010, they had reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Gerry McGuckin.

The Tentative Agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
