Re: Chautauqua Airlines and IBT Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that Chautauqua Airlines and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) reached a tentative contract agreement on September 8, 2003, covering the craft or class of Pilots. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.

The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
