Re: Delaware and Hudson Railway and BLET Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the Delaware and Hudson Railway on September 2, 2004, covering the craft and class of Locomotive Engineers. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Brad Laslett.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
