Re: North American Airlines & IBT reach new Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that a tentative collective bargaining agreement was reached on August 31, 2007, between North American Airlines and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) representing the Pilots.

Mediation was guided by Senior NMB Mediators Zachery Jones and Patricia Sims.

The agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
