Re: ATA Airlines and the IAM Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the International Association of Machinists (IAM) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with ATA Airlines on September 1, covering the craft or class of Fleet Service. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
