Re: PSA and TWU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that PSA Airlines reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on August 27, 2009, with the Transport Workers Union (TWU) representing the craft or class of Dispatchers.

This 5-year agreement was the first-ever contract for flight dispatchers at PSA. Mediation was guided by Denise Hedges (Senior Mediator - ADR) and Patricia Sims (Senior Mediator).

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
