Re:  American Eagle and TWU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that American Eagle and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on August 2, 2010, covering Fleet Service Clerks.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.
