Re: The New Jersey Transit and TCU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Transit and the Transportation Communications International Union (TCU) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on July 17, 2007, covering the Clerks and the Telegraphers.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.
