Re:  Western Rail Road and UTU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Western Rail Road and the United Transportation Union (UTU) have reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement for the craft or class of Train, Engine and Mechanical Employees.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Victoria Gray.
