Re: SEPTA and BMWE reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way (BMWE), representing the craft or class of Maintenance of Way, reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on July 14, 2011.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Gerry McGuckin.

The Tentative Agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
