Re: Fulton County Railway and UTU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Fulton County Railway and the United Transportation Union (UTU), representing the craft or class of Train and Engine Service, reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on July 14, 2011.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.

The Tentative Agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
