Re: Midwest Connect and ALPA Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that Midwest Connect and the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) reached a tentative contract agreement on July 9, 2003, covering the craft or class of Pilots. Mediation was guided by NMB Deputy Chief of Staff Larry Gibbons and Mediator Denise Hedges.

The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
