Re: The BLET and NYSW Railway Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (BLET) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement on June 26, 2007, with the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway, covering the craft and class of Engineers and Trainmen. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Dick Hanusz.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
