Re: AFA-CWA Ratified Agreement with Miami Air

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA) have ratified a collective bargaining agreement with Miami Air, covering the craft or class of Flight Attendants. The tentative agreement was reached on April 29, 2004. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Brad Laslett and Senior Mediator Les Parmelee.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
