Re: AirTran Airways and the NPA Reach New Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that a tentative collective bargaining agreement was reached on May 19, 2007, between AirTran Airways and the National Pilots Association (NPA).

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Anthony “Mike” Tosi.

The agreement is subject to union ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
