Re:  Southwest Airlines and TWU reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Southwest Airlines and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement for the craft or class of Dispatchers on May 16, 2012.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Walter Darr.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
