Re: Spirit Airlines and the TWU Reach and Ratify Agreement

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that Spirit Airlines and the Transport Workers Union (TWU), working with NMB Mediator John Livingood, reached a tentative contract agreement on May 15, 2002, covering the craft or class of Flight Dispatch Officers. The agreement was subsequently ratified on May 16.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
