Re: York Railway and BMWE Reach Tentative Agreement

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the York Railway Company and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWE), working with NMB Mediator Dick Hanusz, reached a tentative contract agreement on April 30, 2002, covering the craft or class of track maintenance.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
