Re: PATH and RITU Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) and the Railway Independent Transit Union (RITU) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on April 23, 2010, covering General Maintenance, Car Inspectors, Machinists, Car Repairmen, et al.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
