Re:  Montana Rail Link and ATDA reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that Montana Rail Link and the American Train Dispatchers Association (ATDA ) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on April 15, 2011, covering the craft and class of Yardmasters.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Jim Mackenzie.
