TITLE Re: UTU Ratifies Agreement with Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the United Transportation Union (UTU), representing Train and Engine Service employees, ratified its Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Buffalo & Pittsburgh Railroad on March 27, 2009.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator John Livingood.
