Re: BMWE and the Delaware & Hudson Railway Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWE) and the Delaware & Hudson Railway have reached a tentative contract agreement.

Mediation began in October, 2001 and was guided by mediator John Livingood.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
