Re: Canadian Pacific (Soo Line) Railroad and the BMWE Reach Tentative Agreement

The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that the Canadian Pacific (Soo Line) Railroad and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWE) reached a tentative agreement.

Mediation began in October 2001 and was guided by Mediator Les Parmelee.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
