Re: The NCCC and UTU Reach Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the National Carriers’ Conference Committee (NCCC) reached a tentative collective-bargaining agreement on January 23, 2008, with the United Transportation Union (UTU) covering the craft or class of Conductors.

Mediation was guided by Senior NMB Mediator Patricia Sims.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
