Re: The New Jersey Transit and BRS Ratify Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen (BRS) has ratified a collective-bargaining agreement reached on December 14, 2007, with the New Jersey Transit, covering the craft or class of Signalmen.

Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Ernie DuBester.

Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
