Re: Retired NMB Mediator Passes Away

Washington, D.C. -- We regret to share the news that retired mediator, Mr. Thomas B. Ingles, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2005. Tom was a valued mediator and co-worker, much respected by those of us here at the NMB and the parties alike. Having served as a Mediator for 26 years, he retired from the agency in 2001.

The Ingles family is planning a celebration of his life to be held at Pumphrey's Colonial Funeral Home, 300 West Montgomery Ave., Rockville, Maryland on Wednesday, January 19, at 1:00 pm. Interment will be in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In deference to the wishes of his family, memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his name to the Salvation Army, 2100 New York Ave., N.E., Washington, DC 20002.

We are sure everyone joins us in sending thoughts and prayers to Tom's family.
