Re: World Airways and IBT Reach Tentative Agreement

Washington, D.C. -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce that World Airways and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) reached a tentative contract agreement on January 16, 2004, covering the craft or class of Cockpit Crewmembers. Mediation was guided by NMB Senior Mediator Linda Puchala.

The agreement is subject to union member ratification. Specific information regarding the contract or its provisions should be obtained directly from the parties.
