"Submissions Only" Arbitration & Online Workspaces The NMB uses an online collaboration system called Central Desktop in collective bargaining negotiations and to support facilitated labor-management leadership
meetings.

In 2010, the NMB implemented its online collaboration system (Central Desktop) to support grievance mediation, e-learning, and internal information sharing, problem solving and decision making.

Online Arbitration In addition to face-to-face meetings, the NMB provides training and hosts live, online video sessions via WebEx for use by arbitrators and the parties (carriers and unions).

Online Brainstorming The NMB uses FreeMind, MindMeister, Mindomo and other relevant online applications to support brainstorming and organizing ideas.
