John M. Livingood joined the National Mediation Board in April, 2000, as a Mediator, working on both airline and railroad cases.

Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Livingood had over 19 years of experience in Labor Relations in the rail industry, and over 3 years of experience in private practice as a mediator and arbitrator.

Mr. Livingood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, a Juris Doctor from Villanova Law School, and an LL. M. from Temple University Law School.
