Angela I. Heverling joined the National Mediation Board in August 2009 as Counsel in the Office of Legal Affairs. Prior to her current service with the Board, she worked as Associate Staff Counsel with the Pennsylvania State Education Association.

Ms. Heverling received a B.A. from Bloomsburg University and an M.A. from Lehigh University. She earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007, where she was a member of the Washington University Law Review. Ms. Heverling is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York bars.
