Mr. Hanusz has accumulated over 40 years of experience in Labor Relations and Mediation. He joined the National Mediation Board in March, 1985, as a Mediator, working on both airline and railroad cases. Prior to joining the Board, Dick had over 20 years experience in Labor Relations, including work as Director, Labor Relations and Personnel, in the Rail industry and other private sector organizations.

Mr. Hanusz has extensive training in the field of Labor Relations, with an emphasis in contract negotiations and arbitration.
