Sarah Halpin


Sarah Halpin joined the National Mediation Board in January, 2008, as Counsel in the Office of Legal Affairs. Prior to her current service with the Board, she worked as an Attorney-Advisor at the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC). She has also worked as a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in St. Louis, Missouri, and as an Associate at Jenner & Block, LLP in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Halpin received her bachelor's degree from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was Lead Articles Editor for the Loyola Law Journal. Ms. Halpin is a member of the Illinois bar.
