Norman L. Graber joined the National Mediation Board in December 2004, as Counsel in the Office of Legal Affairs. Prior to his current service with the Board, Mr. Graber served as Senior Counsel to a Board Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Graber received a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Graber is a member of District of Columbia Bar.
